Armadillo Ironwork Defence System
The Armadillo range functions as a complete ironwork defence system. It includes the recently launched Armadillo SiltShield, a fully retrofittable and robust solution for silt management. SiltShield effectively traps silt and debris at the source before it can enter the drainage network. This feature is vital for developers as it helps ensure compliance with environmental regulations and mitigates the risk of blockages, reduced efficiency, and potential fines for polluting watercourses. The system's steel construction ensures it is fully recyclable.
The range also incorporates protector shells and plates designed to shield manhole covers and gully gratings from the extreme loads (up to 60 tonnes) exerted by tracked plant and heavy machinery during construction. This prevents costly premature failure, replacement, and remedial work.
ClickLift Manhole Frame Raising System
The ClickLift system revolutionises the ironwork installation process, removing the time and resources required to dig out and reinstall manhole frames to suit the final adoptable road surface. This fully BSI Kitemarked system allows a single installation to be raised, ready for final surfacing, in approximately 30 seconds.
